Pet Policy

Only some rooms are available for pets. Please DO NOT book any room directly if you haven’t spoken to us.

Only book the room after contacting with us and agreeing with all the pet policies.

 

Pet policies

  • We only accept pets which are under 15 kg and already neutered. If your pets are younger than six months, you could bring them without neutering them.
  • Every room is only available for 2 pets maximum.
  • We will charge every pet NT$2000 for deposit with cash when you arrive.
  • Please shower you dogs before you check in.
  • Must use diaper pad.
  • Dogs are not allowed to stay on the bed and sheets.
  • Must take your dog with you if you are not in the room.
  • When you check out, we will check the room. If there is nothing broken or stains, if the dog is not staying on the bed,  we will return total pet deposit to you. If your pet broke any rules, we will NOT return any pet deposit to you.
