Cancellation Policy

We only hold your credit card number when you made the reservation and you only need to make the payment when you arrive.

If cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the check-in date, we won’t charge any fee.

Cancellations made within 10 -13 days, will charge a 30% fee from the deposit*. 

Cancellations made within 7 -9 days, will charge a 50% fee from the deposit.

Cancellations made within 4 -6 days, will charge a 60% fee from the deposit.

Cancellations made within 2 -3 days, will charge a 70% fee from the deposit.

Cancellations made within 1 day, will charge a 80% fee from the deposit.

Cancellations made on your check-in day will charge the whole fee from the deposit.

If there is a typhoon and the government closed schools and offices on that day, we won’t charge any fee from the deposit.

*The deposit is 30% of your total room fee.
